Terms of service

These terms cover the Body Double service run by Nedigital 3.0 LLC. You accept them when you use the Service.

Terms we use

  • We, us: Nedigital 3.0 LLC, which runs Body Double (the Service).
  • You: a person aged 18 or older who uses the Service.
  • Source video: a video you upload as a file or add by link.
  • Photo: an image of a person that you upload or that the Service draws from your text description (a described hero).
  • Result: a video where the person from the Photo makes the moves from the part of the Source video you picked. In Swap the hero mode the person appears in the scene of the Source video, in Animate a photo mode on the background of the Photo.
  • Seconds: units of your balance. One second of balance pays for one second of Result in Standard quality. Max quality takes two seconds of balance per second of Result. A described hero takes 1 second.

The service

  • We make the Result for you with AI processing, and you pay for it in Seconds.
  • The Service runs without manual steps. A Result takes up to 1 hour, usually 5-10 minutes for a clip up to 10 seconds.

Acceptance

  • You accept these terms when you log in with an email code, buy Seconds or start a Result.
  • The terms are the same for every user. We publish the current version on this page.

Seconds and packs

  • You get 5 free Seconds at your first login. Free Seconds have no cash value.
  • We sell paid packs of Seconds on request. Write to us on Telegram, WhatsApp or at a@neurolibs.pro, and we confirm the price before you pay.
  • The Service deducts Seconds when you start a Result or a described hero.

Refunds and defects

  • If a Result or a described hero fails for a technical reason, we return its Seconds to your balance, no request needed.
  • You can ask for a refund of unused paid Seconds at a@neurolibs.pro. We reply within 10 days.
  • If a Result has a technical defect (the file does not open, the sound is missing while the Source video had it, or the length differs from your choice), you can ask us to remake it for free or to return its Seconds.
  • AI makes each Result, so you may see imperfect likeness or distorted hands, faces and backgrounds. We do not treat these as defects.

Your obligations

  • Upload only your own photo or a photo of another adult who agreed to it. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.
  • Do not describe children, teenagers, nude people or real famous people as a described hero.
  • Respect the rights of Source video authors, including when you publish a Result.
  • Do not use Results for deception, defamation, impersonation, fraud, pornography or other illegal content.
  • You are responsible for where you publish a Result and for following the law and platform rules.

Rights to the Result

  • We pass to you all rights to the Result that we hold. We do not publish your Results or use them in ads without your separate consent.
  • The Share button opens the Result to anyone who has the link.

File storage

  • We keep Results, Source videos and Photos for 30 days and then delete them. You can delete a Result earlier in your account.
  • Storage is a convenience and not a separate service. Download your Result once it is ready.

Liability

  • We provide the Service as is, and it can have breaks.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses or for the actions of platforms where you publish Results.
  • Send claims to a@neurolibs.pro. We reply within 10 days.
